Mr. Eric Fajemisin was appointed Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd (SIPML) on 22 December 2015. Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Director Investments. In this role he had responsibilities for Investment Management, Human Capital & Administration, Business Development and Information Technology Departments of the Company. Mr Fajemisin has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of various business strategies which helped transform and sustain the company as the largest Pension Fund Administration Company in Nigeria by way of assets under management.

Mr Fajemisin joined SIPML at the inception of the Company in year 2005 and he headed the Investment and Business Development Department of the Company leading the company's primary sales efforts and engineering the extensive use of the Company’s innovative sales agency structure.

Mr Fajemisin has had extensive experience in banking and financial services spanning over 25 years during which period he acquired practical and in-depth knowledge in investment banking, Multilateral sector Financing, Debt Syndication, Equity Placement, Financial Advisory, Pension Fund Portfolio Management.

Mr Fajemisin holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics-Philosophy-Economics from the University of Ife and an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

 


Mrs Olanike (Nike) Bajomo is currently the Executive Director - Business Development (BD) Directorate of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (SIPML).

Nike has over 20 years post-graduation experience in different industry sectors including Financial Services and Information Technology. Nike joined the company in 2008 as the Head of Business Development department and has since led the department through several transformational growth strategies. Prior to her joining the company in 2008, she was Head of Sales and Marketing at Pensions Alliance Limited.

Nike has an MBA from Durham University, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan.


Mr Olumide Oyetan joined Stanbic IBTC in 2000 and has over the years worked in different roles across the Group both locally and internationally. His most recent role was Head Projects for Wealth, Africa Regions, a position he was appointed to in 2017. He was previously head of Advisory Products for the Standard Bank Wealth and Investment business in South Africa.

Mr Olumide Oyetan served as the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management between July 2009 – July 2015. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director in charge of Investment Management for Stanbic IBTC Asset Management and also acted as Head Investment Management at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited where he oversaw various investment strategies and portfolios.

Mr Olumide Oyetan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Politics and Government from the University of Canterbury, United Kingdom as well as a Master of Science in Financial and Commercial Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.


Charles started his career with the Stanbic IBTC Group in the year 2000 and has excelled in various roles and projects over the years including the Core Banking application upgrade project (V3). During the Finacle project he led the payments stream to execute innovative solutions that birth significant improvements across various payment platforms for improved customer experience.

In his most recent role as Head, Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Operations, he was responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies for excellent client-focused and customized support to the CIB business.

Prior to this, he functioned as the Head, Operations Shared Services where he successfully repositioned the Bank’s operations for greater customer focus and efficiency through optimal utilization of resources. Charles was a member of the Committee of Heads of Banking Operations (CHBO) and won an appreciation award for his contributions and continual support to the committee’s projects. He is a multiple recipient of the group’s beyond excellence award for exemplary leadership and performance.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and an MBA from the Manchester Business School


Yinka Johnson is the current Head of the Business Development Department of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (SIPML). She was previously the Head of the Human Capital and Administration Department SIPML. As the Head of Human Capital SIPML, she significantly impacted the organizational efficiency of the business by implementing HC processes and initiatives that support the organization’s goals and strategic objectives.

Over the years, Yinka has served in various positions within the Stanbic IBTC Group. Her experience spans across Human Capital and Administration, Office Administration, Client Services, Sales, Relationship Management and Change Management within the Group.

A certified Change Manager, Yinka holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Manchester, UK. She is also a certified Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP).


Layo Ilori-Olaogun is the Head, Client Experience Department of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd (SIPML). Upon joining SIPML in year 2010, Layo started her career as Head of Fund Operations Team. She thereafter served in various positions such as the Head of Benefits Management Group, Head Contributions and Collections Department and Head of the Benefit Administration.

Layo holds a B.Sc. in Finance, an M.Sc. in General Management, and also an MBA, all from the University of Maryland, USA. Layo has over 15 years’ cognate experience in Finance, Strategy and Management related issues and was the Senior Accountant at CDC Software Incorporation based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In her career in SIPML, Layo has overseen the development and implementation of business processes that have helped in streamlining operations.


Until his appointment as Head, Legal and Company Secretary of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (SIPML), Gbenro was the Company Secretary of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited. Prior to this, he served as a Governance Consultant with the Group Governance team of Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC with broad responsibilities for ensuring compliance with the governance requirements for listed entities.

Gbenro holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ogun State University and was admitted to practice law in Nigeria after graduating from the Nigerian Law School in 2007. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and a student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) (UK).

Before joining Stanbic IBTC in September 2009, Gbenro  worked in the Fidelity Law Firm as a Legal Associate, and possesses over 12 years work experience spanning both governance and legal services.         


Jide Allo is a thoroughbred financial expert with over fourteen years’ experience in finance and wealth management covering International Banking, Investment Analysis, Stockbroking and Fund Management. 

Prior to assuming this role, he was the Head of Investment for Stanbic IBTC’s Asset Management Limited (SIAML) where he was responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for the investment management team. Before that he also led the team responsible for acquisition of financial institutions mandate within the Business Development Division of SIAML.     

He also has extensive experience in investment management, research and risk management, having been involved in developing and implementing investment and portfolio risk management strategies for some of the oldest and largest privately and publicly managed funds since 2006. During this period he was also involved in developing and launching various pioneer products such as Stanbic IBTC Money Market Fund, Stanbic IBTC Umbrella Fund, Stanbic IBTC Dollar Fund and SIAML Pension ETF 40.

 

Jide holds an MBA from Lagos Business School (LBS) Pan-Atlantic University, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ilorin and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).


Bolanle Shobowale is a thoroughbred business professional and customer experience manager with over 18 years’ experience in the Nigerian financial sector. She joined Stanbic IBTC Pensions Manager Limited (SIPML) in September 2011 as Head of the Client Services Group. She is currently the Head of the Benefit Administration Department of SIPML.

Prior to joining SIPML, Bolanle was Head, Client Services Department from 2010 - 2011 in addition to her role as Head, Business Development and Product Innovation Support (Strategy Department) of former Afribank Nig Plc. (now Mainstreet bank Ltd). She worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc. (now Access bank) as branch operations manager from 1999 – 2007 and as Assistant Manager for the Global Strategy Implementation with the responsibility for continuous process improvement and development of e-channel strategies from 2007 – 2008.

Bolanle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain. She has attended a number of Executive courses both locally and abroad including Financial Services Operations Management - the IEA & Marketforce London, Contact Centre Strategic Insights for CEO - Comnavig ICT Dubia, Management Essentials & Service Management - Global Leadership Centre SA, Transforming your leadership Strategy - MIT Sloan Cambridge USA.

She is member of the Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria; a member of the Retail Banking Academy, UK and a Certified Customer Service Professional by the Service Quality Institute USA. 


Edidiong Akan holds a degree in Law from the University of Jos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. She has over 16 years’ experience spanning legal practice, business development, risk management and compliance.

Edidiong joined Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers in 2008 and was appointed the pioneer Regional Manager for the North West in 2009; and in 2010 briefly took on the role of the Legal Risk Officer of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.  Before her appointment as the Head of the Compliance Department, she acted as the head of the Compliance Unit from 2011 during which time she was pivotal to the growth and success of the compliance function in embedding regulatory requirements within the operations of the Organization. 

She was nominated as the Secretary of the National Pension Commission (PenCom) - Pension Operators ad-hoc committee to decide on industry collaboration for AFIS implementation (April - May 2012) and is a regular facilitator during the annual industry Compliance Officers Fora.

Edidiong is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria and also a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.


Tayo Fayomi is the current Head, Finance Department of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (SIPML). Tayo is a thoroughbred with over 21 years in Audit and Compliance. Prior to this appointment, Tayo was the Head, Internal Control and Audit, SIPML. He was also Resident Internal Controller (UBA), an Internal Auditor with the Old IBTC Chartered and Compliance Officer with SIPML.

He holds a BSc in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ife and also obtained a Masters – Business Administration with specialism in Strategic Planning from the Edinburgh Business School, Scotland.

He is a Certified Compliance and Ethic Professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.


Ndukwe Anagha joined Stanbic IBTC Holding in May 2016 as the Head, IT Operations of Stanbic IBTC bank  and in September, 2017 he joined Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers as the Head of IT Department.

Ndukwe Anagha holds an MBA degree from University of Lagos, he is an alumni of Lagos Business School where he did his Advance Management Program (AMP). He bagged his first degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin 1997.

He commenced his professional career in 1999 with BETA Computers as a Systems Engineer. He joined UACN Plc in 2004 became the Head IT for UACN Corporate Centre in 2007. He moved to the financial sector in September, 2008 with a short stint with Access Bank Plc and in January 2009 he joined AXA Mansard Plc as the Group Head of Technology. In January 2011 he joined Ecobank Nigeria as the Head IT Infrastructure. In July 2013, Ndukwe went back to AXA Mansard as the divisional director of Technology and Operations.

Ndukwe is a Microsoft certified Database Administrator and a certified Project Management professional and benefited from skill and competencies acquisition programs such as: Big Data Analysis – MIT Sloan USA (2013), Business Process Innovation – George Washington University Business School (2014), Business Process Management – IRM UK (2015).


Oyinkansola leads the Contributions and Collections Department of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd (SIPML) where she coordinates fund administration activities and related strategy execution in a manner that ensures consistently high customer satisfaction. Prior to that she was Head of IT Consulting, where she was responsible for strategically using IT to enable the business and drive operational efficiency. Her multifunctional wealth of experience spans Finance sector related engagements, Management Consulting, IT Strategy & Governance, Operations and Administration.

She holds a combined B.ES / B.Arch. degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos, an M.B.A from Aston Business School, Aston University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a CGEIT Professional (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT).


Biodun Olorunnisola serves as Head, Risk Management and has over 16 years’ experience cutting across Trade Finance, Treasury, Project Finance, Finance, Internal Control, Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Biodun holds a BSc in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University graduating as the best Finance student and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (UK), a Certified Risk Analyst and a Certified Financial Consultant”


Jumoke Bakare is the Head, Internal Control & Audit Department. She joined Stanbic IBTC Group in 2004 and has over the last 15years served in different roles across the Group. Her experience spans across Investment management, Accounting and Administration of managed funds, Operations and Client Services. Her most recent role was Head, Regional Operations for Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited where she was responsible for excellent service delivery to clients in all our branches nationwide, a position she held from January 2014 – April 2019.

Jumoke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is currently undertaking an Executive MBA programme at the Lagos Business School, Pan – Atlantic University. She is also a Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.


Chibuzor Ogbonna  is an experienced professional with over 12 years’ experience spanning sales, financial analysis, risk management and research, learning & development, branch management. Prior to his appointment as Head, Investment Research and Corporate Strategy in November 2018 he was the Head, Market and Credit Risk where he had responsibility for managing investment risk across funds under management and providing  technical expertise in the design of market, liquidity and credit risk programs and risk advisory to Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders.

He holds a first degree in Economics from Bayero University Kano graduating as the best student in Economics, and M.Sc in (Economics) from University of Lagos where he graduated with distinction.

Chibuzor is a member of the CFA Institute and the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager as well as a certified Energy Risk Professional and is currently a CFA Level III candidate.

His interests include teaching, reading and football.


Carol Olayi currently serves as Head, Human Capital and Administration for Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd.

Prior to this appointment, she served as Resourcing and Talent Management for Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc. (A member of the Standard Bank Group). Prior to joining Stanbic IBTC, she served as Head Talent Management of Airtel Networks Ltd, amongst other key human resources roles within Airtel Nigeria, Airtel Kenya, Airtel Ghana and Airtel India from 2004 to March 2016.

Carol is a  self-motivated and resourceful Human Resource professional with over 14 years’ experience, an extensive  background in planning, directing, executing and coordinating human resources activities, with demonstrated success in driving and managing change that achieves business results, HR strategy development, Employee Engagement, design & implementation of learning & development frameworks, succession planning, resourcing, Total Rewards and Performance within the organization.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria, a Global Human Resources Professional, a Senior Certified Professional, she holds a first degree in Geology from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. Carol holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Her interests include social work, surfing the net, reading, and travelling


Bimbo Ladele is an accomplished, proactive and knowledgeable senior financial and wealth investment business executive with a MBA in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School, UK and a First Class Honors degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. Bimbo has over 16 years’ experience working in the financial markets sector specializing in pensions and investment funds delivering exceptional results whilst leading cross functional teams across national regions. He was the Head, National Sales & Zonal Head-Rest of Nigeria - Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (“SIPML”) from 2009 – 2018 and currently the Head, Micro Pension & Agency Department of SIPML.

Prior to joining SIPML, Bimbo was a Commercial Banking Manager with Guaranty Trust Bank from November 2007 – February 2008. He worked with Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited as a Trade Service Officer / Head- Internal Control from 2001 – 2007.

Bimbo has attended a number of Executive courses both locally and abroad including Accelerating Sales Force Performance –Kellogg - Northwestern University, US, Creating and Executing Breakthrough Strategy Columbia Business School, US & Foundation Leadership Program by GLC, Lagos.

 He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Institute of Chartered Bankers and also the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
