Adeolu Ajulo is the Acting Head, People & Culture and Administration, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited. Adeolu has over 17 years of post-graduate professional experience in Talent Management covering areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development and People & Culture Business Partnering. He joined Stanbic IBTC in September 2015 and has worked in various roles within Stanbic IBTC, a testament to the career opportunities, Stanbic IBTC provides.

Prior to this appointment, he was the Head, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement, Stanbic IBTC Holdings, where he was saddled with the responsibility for strategic workforce planning & capability building.  Prior to that, he served as People & Culture Business Partner with Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers and has held several other roles within Stanbic IBTC.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration from the University of Lagos, Business School. He is an Associate with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, (ACIPM) Nigeria and holds other certifications such as Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) with the Human Resource certification Institute, USA and the Society of Human Resources Management, USA, respectively.
