To get:

  • Your RSA PIN, send “pin”
  •  Your statement, send “statement”
  • Your last contributions, send “contribution” 
  •  Your balance, send “balance”
  • Your pension registration certificate send “PRC”
  • The status on your application, send “application”
  • A reset on your passcode send “reset”
  • Our office Locations send “Area”
  • Information on how to access your last contribution, RSA balance and PIN send “help”

My Pension Portal allows you to view and complete services that are important to you. With My Pension Portal, you can undertake the following services;

  • View your Balance 
  •  Update your Biodata 
  • Complete your Data- Recapture

Stay connected with our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Dial 01-2716000 and at the voice prompt, select option 2 from the main menu. Follow any of the prompts below for quick responses to your request(s):

  • Press 1 to check your benefit application status.
  • Press 2 to inquire about your Retirement Savings Account (RSA) and Voluntary Contribution Account (VCA).
  • Press 3 to reset your passcode.
  • Press 4 to request your RSA statement.
  • Press 5 to know your last three contributions.
  • Press 6 to request for your Pension Registration Certificate (PRC).
  • Press 7 to sign up for quarterly statements via email.
