Nike Bajomo is a seasoned business executive with over three decades of experience across financial services, pensions, enterprise development, and technology. As Executive Director, Business Development at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, Nike leads the Business Development, Client Experience and Client Coverage functions, driving strategic growth, customer engagement, and market leadership.

Since joining Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers in 2008 as Head of Business Development, Nike has played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting significant growth in assets under management. Appointed to the Board as Executive Director in 2018, Nike provides strategic oversight for business growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and client experience while championing a high-performance culture.

Prior to Stanbic IBTC, Nike was head of sales and marketing at Pensions Alliance Limited and gained valuable experience in Banking and Information Technology sectors in the first 15 years of her career.
Nike holds an MBA from Durham University, United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Recognized for strategic leadership and commercial excellence, Nike continues to contribute significantly to the growth and transformation of Nigeria’s pension industry.
