Kenneth Emuchay is a seasoned operations professional with over 15 years of experience in managing and optimising core operational processes. He has successfully supported executive leadership in achieving strategic objectives, particularly in operational excellence and digitisation.

Before assuming the role of Head of Benefits Administration, Kenneth served as Head of Operations at Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in driving digital strategies across various business functions, leading to significant improvements in revenue generation, process optimisation, and operational efficiency. Kenneth has also held other strategic roles within Stanbic IBTC, including Head of Reconciliation & MIS (Cash Management Unit), Head of Settlement and Reconciliation (Card Operations), and Team Lead for Electronic/Consolidated Payments, among others.

Kenneth holds a degree in Statistics from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from the Business School of Netherlands.
