Mrs. Omolara Osunsoko possesses over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a specialization in human resources, process management, and operations. She has a demonstrated history of identifying commercial and digital opportunities through strategic partnerships and implementing robust quality systems. Additionally, she is a certified customer service leader and trainer, as well as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Banker.

Mrs. Osunsoko joined Stanbic IBTC Bank in 2008, tasked with establishing the client service team for the Corporate and Investment Banking business unit. Throughout her 16 years at Stanbic IBTC, she has held seven distinct roles in various leadership capacities. Most recently, she served as the Head of Partnerships at Stanbic IBTC Bank Limited, where she focused on advancing digital technology via third-party collaborations.

Prior to her move into Stanbic IBTC, she previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Zenith Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration from Bangor Business School in Wales. Mrs. Osunsoko is a member of several professional organizations, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Scotland, and is an alumna of institutions such as INSEAD and Judge Business School at Cambridge University.
