Ms. Genevieve Mbama is a chartered accountant, board executive, and technology transformation leader with over 28 years of experience spanning finance, banking, audit, risk advisory, digital transformation, innovation, and corporate governance.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novedad Insights & Solutions Limited, a technology and business advisory firm focused on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovation. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Saro AgroSciences Limited and previously served on the Board of FINCA Nigeria Microfinance Bank, where she chaired the Governance and Remuneration Committee and served on the Credit, Audit, and Risk Committee. 

Ms. Mbama has held several senior leadership positions across globally recognised organisations, including Oracle Corporation, Access Bank Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc, KPMG Professional Services and Arthur Andersen. She holds a Sloan Fellows MBA in Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
