Ms. Amin is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 15 years of experience spanning law, finance, and corporate advisory. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Metropolitan Law Firm, a full-service practice based in Abuja, renowned for its expertise in Islamic banking and finance. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Metropolitan Skills Limited, a consultancy firm focused on capacity-building and advisory services in finance, investment, and institutional development. 

Over the years, Ms. Amin has advised leading public and private sector institutions on complex legal and financial transactions, including capital market issuances, real estate development, and public-private partnerships. Ms. Amin currently sits on the Boards of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), One17 Capital Limited and One17 Financial Services. She is also a Trustee of The Metropolitan Waqf and the Capital Market Solicitors’ Association of Nigeria. 

Ms. Amin holds an LLM in Business and Commercial Law and an LLB from Bayero University, Kano. She is a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, and International Bar Association.
