Omolara Osunsoko is an accomplished financial services executive with over 23 years of experience across banking and pension management. She currently serves as Executive Director, Operations at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, where she provides strategic leadership for enterprise wide operations, finance, technology enabled transformation, and service delivery excellence.

Omolara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Bangor Business School, Wales. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Scotland and a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. She is also an alumna of globally respected institutions including INSEAD, Cambridge Judge Business School, Henley Business School Africa, and the Gordon Institute of Business Science, where she strengthened her expertise in digital strategy, innovation, and transformational leadership.

Since joining Stanbic IBTC Group in 2008, Omolara has held multiple senior leadership roles spanning Operations, Technology, Finance, and Strategic Partnerships. She has led several high impact initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency, enhanced client experience, and delivered measurable business value through automation, process optimisation, and digital solutions.
