Access Your Account Balance > ATM

 

Our clients can view their RSA Balance, last three contributions as well as request for their statement of account from any Stanbic IBTC Bank ATM. The steps below should be followed to perform any of the above transactions:

 

  • Press ‘0’ to initiate a cardless transaction.
  • Select ‘PENSIONS
  • Select ‘RSA balance’ or ‘RSA statement’ as applicable, then press ‘PROCEED’.
  • Enter your 12 digit RSA Number then press ‘PROCEED’. Please note that “PEN” is already displayed on the screen. (If you have forgotten your RSA Number, simply text MYPIN to 30388 using your registered mobile number on our records. Please note that SMS costs ₦10)

  • Enter your RSA passcode then press ‘PROCEED’. (If you have forgotten your passcode, please enter any 6 digits number and then enter your mobile number for us to contact you for a resolution)

  • Upon confirmation of your RSA credentials, your balance and last three contributions will be displayed on the screen or your statement sent to your registered email address on our records.
