Oyinkansola currently Heads the Benefits Administration Department of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Ltd (SIPML) where she is responsible for Customer Onboarding, Client Services,  Benefits Administration and related strategy execution in a manner that ensures consistently high customer satisfaction.

Prior to that, she was Head of the Contribution & Collection where she implemented multiple  system automation and business processes that helped in streamlining the collection process; before that, she was Head of IT Consulting, where she was also responsible for strategically using  IT to enable the business and drive operational efficiency.

Her multifunctional wealth of experience spans several sectors and particularly Finance sector related engagements encompassing Management Consulting, IT Strategy & Governance, Operations and Administration.

OyinkansolaOluwa is a trained Architect and holds a combined master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos, as well as an M.B.A from the Aston Business School, Aston University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a CGEIT Professional (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) amongst others.
