Mr. Atedo N. A. Peterside C O N
Atedo N.A. Peterside (a Commander of the Order of the Niger) is the Founder and Chairman of Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank from inception in February 1989 (then IBTC) until October 2007 when he was elected Chairman.
He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Cadbury Nigeria Plc and the President / Founder of ANAP Foundation (a non-profit organisation committed to promoting Good Governance).
Mr. Peterside had his secondary school education at King's College Lagos. He then obtained a B.Sc. degree in Economics from The City University, London and an M.Sc.(also in Economics) from London School of Economics & Political Science. His executive educational experience is wide and varied and includes the Owner / President Management Programme of the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Peterside was the Chairman of the Committee on Corporate Governance of Public Companies in Nigeria which drafted a Code of Best Practices for Public Companies operating in Nigeria. The Code was published in October 2003. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the following publicly quoted companies - Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, Nigerian Breweries Plc (Heineken Subsidiary), Presco Plc and Unilever Nigeria Plc.
Mr. Yinka Sanni
Mr. Yinka Sanni is currently the Deputy CEO Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC. He was the pioneer CEO of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, Nigeria's largest Pension Fund Administrator both in terms of number of persons registered (in excess of 900,000 individuals or approximately 20% market share) and total assets under management (over N500 billion or around 30% market share).
He was also the pioneer CEO of Stanbic IBTC Asset Management, which manages Nigeria's largest mutual fund, The Stanbic IBTC Nigerian Equity Fund. He grew the Company from a start up to Nigeria's leading independent asset management and stockbroking firm with assets under management in excess of N50billion as at 2005.
Yinka has extensive financing, capital raising, M&A and privatisation advisory experience, and served as Deputy Head of Stanbic IBTC's Corporate Finance team in the past, where he advised clients on landmark, complex and innovative transactions
Yinka joined Stanbic IBTC Bank in 1990 and is currently a Director in five of the Bank's subsidiaries. He has a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics and an MBA. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He sits on the Council of that Institute as well as on the Board of CR services (Credit Bureau) PLC.
Mallam Ahmed Dasuki
A businessman, Mallam Ahmed Dasuki is the son of the former Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki. Mallam Dasuki is an Architect by training and is the Executive Chairman of Quaditect Consultants.
Mallam Dasuki is also a Member of Polo Club, Kaduna; Golf Club, Kaduna; National Geographic Society, USA; and National Rifle Association of America. Mallam Ahmed Dasuki serves as Director of MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd.
Mr Ladi Ajose Adeogun
Mr Ajose - Adeogun is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with work experience spanning over 30 years. He is the principal partner of the Law Firm Ladi Ajose - Adeogun & Co. with its core area of practice in Litigation and Commercial Law.
Mrs. Sola David-Borha
Mrs. David-Borha is the CEO of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC, a full service Universal Bank. Previously, she was the Deputy CEO of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC (Jan 2008 - April 2011).She also was as Acting Managing Director, IBTC Chartered Bank Plc (Oct 2007 - Jan 2008).
She also served in the bank as Executive Director, Corporate and Investment Banking (2006 - April 2010) and Executive Director Corporate Banking (1994 - 2005). She is a member of the Chartered Institute Of Bankers of Nigeria and the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.

Mrs. David-Borha holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. Her executive educational experience includes the Advanced Management Programme of the Harvard Business School.
Mrs. Aniola Durosinmi Etti
Mrs. Durosinmi-Etti, Aniola an experienced Lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982. She holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Cambridge in England in 1984. Her undergraduate study was at the University of Lagos where she graduated with an LL.B (Second class Upper division) in 1981. She was awarded the prize for the best student in Jurisprudence in her graduating class. She obtained a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1982. She joined Linkage Assurance Plc as Legal Adviser/Head, Corporate Services in 2002. She successfully piloted the company through landmark transformational phases of growth among which were the Initial Public Offer in 2003 and a Public Offer in 2005.
In August 2006, she was appointed the Acting Managing Director of the company. In this capacity, she steered the Company through the challenges of recapitalization and subsequent merger with Central Insurance Company Limited.
Mr. Okey Nwuke
Mr. Nwuke has about 16 years experience in finance from working with an international company and leading commercial banks in Nigeria. Mr. Nwuke holds a B.Sc. degree in Accountancy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA degree from the Birmingham Business School, United Kingdom. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Mr. Nwuke has acquired considerable expertise in credit analysis and bank financial management through professional training as a chartered accountant and from relevant training programmes and on-the-job experience.
His key competencies include marketing, negotiation and presentation - skills developed through working as banks' relationship managers for businesses in various sectors of the economy and ability to work with and coordinate group members to produce desired results. He is currently an Executive Director of Access Bank Plc.

Dr. Demola Sogunle
Dr. Demola Sogunle was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited (SIPML) with effect from August 19, 2011.
Dr Sogunle is a First Class Honours Graduate and is also a PhD holder in Land Resource Evaluation & Management both from the University of Ibadan. He also holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from ESUT Business School and holds a Treasury Dealership Certificate from CIBN and the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA).
Dr Sogunle has over 25 years experience in Core Banking as well as Risk Management. He was formerly the Head of Treasury and Financial Services for Stanbic IBTC Bank, a position he served in for over seven years. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Stanbic IBTC Bank Group's Head of Risk as well as its Chief Compliance Officer.
Eric Fajemisin
Eric Fajemisin, Executive Director, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, has responsibility for the Investment
Management and Business Support Divisions. He holds a Bachelors degree in Politics-Philosophy-Economics and an MBA.
He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute
of Taxation of Nigeria.
Eric has had extensive experience in banking and financial services. He was also previously Head-Business
Development, a role in which he led the Company's primary sales efforts and the extensive use of its
innovative agency structure.
Steve Elusope
Mr. Elusope, Executive Director, Operations is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has over 25 years of Banking and Finance related experience and was formerly the Financial Controller of Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC from March 2004 to September 2009. He also participated in the implementing of the "Finacle Core Banking Application" for Stanbic IBTC Bank PLC.
Bunmi Dayo-Olagunju
Bunmi Dayo-Olagunju is Head of the Company's Business Operations Division consisting of the Benefit Administration Group, Finance Group and the Client Services Group. Bunmi has overseen the development of a cost efficient and scalable operations strategy.
Prior to joining Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited in 2008, she had served in various key positions at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc as well as Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited. Bunmi obtained her first degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1998. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 10 years experience and expertise across diverse fields of finance, strategy and business administration.
Idu Okwuosa
Idu Okwuosa heads the Company's Risk and Compliance Division. Prior to her joining the Company, Idu was the Managing
Director/CEO of Oceanic Pension Custodian Limited. In this role, she was responsible for setting business direction,
growing the business by broadening the customer base, and overall management of all units within the Company.
Prior to that she was Head Operations of Diamond Pension Custodian and her responsibilities included streamlining
operations while ensuring accuracy and improved customer satisfaction and acting as liaison with Regulators,
Pension Fund Administrators and Brokers on behalf of Diamond Pension Custodians.
Idu has over 17 years working experience in different sectors of the economy including Banking and Fund Management.
She is a graduate of Philosophy from the University of Port Harcourt and has an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston,
Massachusetts USA.
Nike Bajomo
Nike Bajomo is the Head - Business Development and oversees the Sales, Relationship Management and Marketing function
of the Company. Nike is responsible for the design and implementation of the strategic sales and marketing plan for
the Company. Nike has over 19 years working experience in different sectors of the economy such as Banking and
Information Technology. Prior to her joining the Company in 2008, she was Head, Sales and Marketing at Pensions
Alliance Limited
Chidi Okezie
Chidi Okezie currently has oversight and coordinating responsibilities for Company Secretariat and Legal Services
team as well as Corporate Services.
Chidi was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and he has
over 13 (thirteen) years experience in core legal practice in diverse areas including the Pension business where
he has been Company Secretary/Legal Adviser since inception in 2005. The continuum of advice he offers on the
various activities undertaken by the Company, is crucial to the smooth execution of the specialized and intricate
transactions that will be handled by Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers.
Gbola Lala
Gbola Lala is the Head of the Business Support Division. In this role he is responsible for the Company's Administration; Information Technology; Service Support and Project Management.
Gbola holds a B Sc. in Applied Physics (Electronics) and a PGD in Computer Science from University of Lagos. He also has an MBA from the Lagos Business School and has various ITC certifications to his credit. He has over 20 years IT related experience and he was prior to joining the Company, the Head - Operations Management in the Information Technology Group at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc.
